- 1 large bag of tater tots
- 1 batch Texas-Style Queso
- 1-2 cups “Two Beer Beef Brisket,” shredded or chopped
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños
- 1 small onion, minced, optional
Cook tater tots according to package instructions. If you like them hot and crispy, be sure to add a few additional minutes to the suggested cooking time.
Remove tater tots from oven and place on serving plate or platter. Ladle on queso. Add the brisket, jalapeños, and onions (optional) as toppings.
