Three-Pepper Herby Pico

Ingredients

  • 8 small tomatoes or 4 medium vine-ripened tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 serrano chile, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño chile, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 red Fresno chile, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
  • Salt

Preparation

Combine the tomatoes, chiles, onion, and herbs in a bowl. Season with salt.
