Ham Steaks

Serve with Peas and Carrot Spring Salad, Egg Pasta Frittata and Coco-Nut Caramel Chews.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
  • 2-3 large ham steaks, cut in halves

Preparation

Heat a large skillet, with EVOO. Add the ham steaks and heat through, 1-2 minutes on each side.
