Meatballs Three Ways: Mini Meatball Dumplings
Try these traditional meatballs with pasta and tomato sauce.
- Meatball Base
- Meatball Sauce
- Spaghetti, cooked to al dente
- Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, for topping
Form small, bite-size balls of the meatball mixture and add the sauce (which should be at a low bubbling boil). Simmer the meatballs in the sauce to cook through, 12-15 minutes. Remove the meatballs to a serving bowl.
Toss spaghetti cooked to al dente with some sauce, then top with the meatball dumplings and cheese and serve.
