- 1 small pumpkin
- Your favorite meatlaof recipe (here are some of (Rachael’s)
Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Cut open the pumpkin at the top. Clean out all of the seeds. Mix your meatloaf together in a bowl. Put meatloaf mixture into pumpkin.
Place pumkin on a cookie sheet and put the top back on the pumpkin. Cook pumpkin for an 60-90 minutes (depending on big the pumpkin is).
When pumpkin is done, place in the middle of the table, take the top off and slice in wedges. Serve warm.
