Mario, the owner, makes quite possibly the best food in Tuscany.  Out of his spotless kitchen, he and his daughter produce fine and interesting cuisine, such as delicate Mozzarella balls, fresh ricotta cheese, spinach-filled raviolis as big as the plate itself, roast chicken with rosemary crust and the list goes on.  The desserts are wonderful too and let's not forget the wine.  Mario has an impressive collection of old Brunellos.
