- 2 avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup cilantro, leaves removed from stems (about 1 small handful)
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 cup sour cream
- Hot sauce, to taste
- Salt and black pepper
Makes about 2 cups
In a food processor, puree the avocados, cilantro, lime juice, sour cream, hot sauce and salt and pepper, to taste. Pour into a serving bowl and reserve; try serving alongside Quesadilla Suiza Stacks.
