rachaelray.com site visitor Eric B. sent us this review: "The 'Bohemian blue' walls at Bleu Bohème are a vision straight from Van Gogh’s palette in one of his famous paintings, inspired by the landscape of Arles. The color is quite fitting for this quaint French Bistro which always seems to be filled with happy people enjoying a glass of wine or one of Bleu Bohème’s signature dishes. Bleu Bohème is the kind of place where you can easily let an afternoon or evening drift by unencumbered by the restraints of time. The food is delicious, the service friendly and attentive and the atmosphere delightful. Bleu Bohème’s cuisine takes you on a tour across France. From the seaside village of Marseille to the lights of Paris dining at Bleu Bohème is an opportunity to experience the food of a nation rich in culinary tradition. Bleu Boheme is the foresight of restaurateur Phillippe Beltran, who has been the driving force behind some of San Diego’s most celebrated restaurants."
