The 2015 Amstel Light Burger Bash Menu is Seriously Epic

You’re hearing it first: The 30 burgers competing at this year’s Amstel Light Burger Bash at the South Beach Food & Wine Festival (#SOBEWFF) are going. To. Be. Epic.

And our favorite lady, Rachael Ray, is hosting this year’s 9th annual Bash along with festival founder Lee Schrager.

Thanks to our friends at SOBE, here’s the first look at the official menu of this year’s competition! Keep an eye out for some of the most famous burger maestros in the ‘biz.

From short rib and brisket to picadillo brie and mac n’cheese, this menu is absolutely mouthwatering:

A few tickets are still available for the competition on Feb. 20, and we promise it’s worth attending. Plus, all proceeds from the Festival benefit the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University.

At last year’s Bash, the meat was on with more than 200 culinary team members working hundreds of hours to prepare. 

Check out some more amazing facts from last year’s Burger Bash:

  • Over 8,500 pounds of ground meat were needed to make up 54,000 burger portions
  • 13,500 hamburger buns eaten
  • 1,250 lbs. of smoked bacon devoured
  • 150 gallons of Heinz ketchup and mustard used

And we can’t forget dessert. Almost 3,000 cookies and 3,000 servings of ice cream were dished out at last year’s event.
