Behind the Scenes: Feedback Day 3
Rachael Ray and her husband, John Cusimano, are back with their signature event celebrating two of their favorite things: Food and music. Now in its 8th year in Austin, Feedback is their biggest and best party of the year. Learn more.
Day 3 of Feedback is always a long – and wonderful – one. It starts with doors at 10 a.m. at the famous Stubb’s BBQ and the party goes ’til the House closes at 10 p.m. Thankfully, this year’s festivities were so exciting that we had the energy to sing and dance all day long!
We started off with more of the rain that’s been making the last few days a bit soggy. Thankfully, the wet weather didn’t prevent Feedback fans from filling up Stubb’s right away. They donned ponchos, grabbed some of Rachael’s amazing dishes, and kicked off a day of purely fantastic music with Cody Simpson, followed by Bob Schneider, Reptar, Hippo Campus, The Cringe, Big Data, Banditos, Delta Spirit, The Districts, Surfer Blood, Scott Weiland and the Wildabouts, Jeff the Brotherhood, Raekwon, and finally, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros.
Then, we moved onto the House, where Roto’s Magic Act, The Cringe, and Sister Sparrow and the Dirty Birds closed out the show. We also kept noshing on delicious sliders from King’s Hawaiian, sipping vino from Dark Horse Wine and brews from Blue Moon, and even enjoying a caffeine boost from GEVALIA Iced Coffee with Almond Milk.
The gist? No matter the weather or the time of day, the food and music never stopped. There’s more Feedback coverage to come, but or now, check out these 13 awesome snaps:
