A Little Rain, A Lot of Fun: Feedback House Day 2
Rachael Ray and her husband, John Cusimano, are back with their signature Feedback event celebrating two of their favorite things: Food and music. Now in its 9th year in Austin, Feedback is their biggest and best party of the year – and it’s completely free and open to the public. Find out how you can join the fun March 19!
Day 2 at the Feedback House had a lot of ups, and one down. Hailey Knox, Hundred Hounds, Lydia Loveless, and The Head performed killer shows. We ate tasty peanut butter snacks thanks to Peter Pan Simply Ground Peanut Butter, drank fresh Valoma cocktails courtesy of In the Raw and Tito’s, ate Rachael’s delish pulled chicken sliders with hot plum sauce thanks to King’s Hawaiian, and more!
However, rain (and severe thunderstorm warnings and lightning!) came our way, and we had to shut down The House early – along with the rest of the festivities at SXSW this year. We missed The Wild Feathers and Blank Range!
Hopefully we can catch another show when they’re in our neck of the woods. But for now, here are a few awesome happenings from The House today:
And, we did celebrate…a lot! Blue Moon Brewmaster John Legnard and a Feedback House guest cheers their brand-new Belgian Table Pils at the Peter Pan Simply Ground photo booth!
Even though we got rained out, it was still a great day. Tomorrow: Feedback at Stubb’s!
