We rocked out to awesome bands, toasted to an amazing time, and ate our weight in hot dogs at this year’s Feedback! Relive one of our favorite days of the year by making Feedback 2018’s menu in your own home. Chow down on an old-school fair favorite with a vegetarian twist, a slider that packs the heat, and of course, a Feedback favorite (queso!) topping a delicious grilled hot dog, and more. You won’t find any ketchup on this iconic dog! Detroit-Style means lots of chili, mustard, and raw onion, giving this frank some extra flavor that’s ready for devouring.

Lil’ Veg-Head Corn Dogs with Tomatillo Gazpacho Shooters

A golden, crispy coating surrounds vegetarian dogs to create mini corn dogs that are as delicious as they are cute. And we can’t forget the fresh tomatillo gazpacho served on the side. Enjoy it with or without a floater of vodka – each way is delish!

Frank n’ “Refried” Beans

Topped with tasty refried beans, roasted tomato salsa, pickled jalapeño and white onion, this dog is anything but basic. The texture of the beans pairs nicely with the crunch of the onion and jalapeño, making it a real treat.

Serious Three-Meat Sloppy Joes with Pickled Jalapeño and White Onion

Not one, not two, but three-meat sloppy joes are making their grand entrance into the Feedback food scene! If you prefer mild heat, beware: Although small, these sliders are big on flavor and spiciness – a typical Rach specialty. Add cheese to temper the heat or enjoy them dairy-free to savor the hotness.

Pimiento Cheese Dog

It’s not Rachael Ray’s Feedback without cheese, and hot dog, is this nosh delicious! Sink your teeth into a grilled frank made even more flavorful with pimiento cheese and crushed Fritos, served on a King’s Hawaiian bun.
