"I am really disappointed. I accidentally ordered the wrong pans and when I tried to cancel it as soon as the order was placed, there was no way to do that. I had to wait dor the shipment to get here, call and request a return label and im still paying for those two items I accidentally ordered because you all have yet to receive the product and refund me the credit. How is it that you all dont have the option to cancel immediately? This is ridiculous. Very unhappy and I do love Rachel Ray's products, but due to something like this might be the reason I won't order again. Thank you and I hope to see my refund soon"
