- 1 & 1/2 oz of Pomegranate Juice
- 1/2 oz of Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz of Port wine
- A splash of Campari
In a chilled 6oz Champagne Flute combine all of the ingredients.
Top with Sparkling Wine or Champagne and Garnish with a slice of kiwifruit.
Notes: Mixture may “foam” considerably when Champagne is added so pour slowly. More simple syrup can be added if a sweeter drink is preferred
