Cheddar, Horseradish and Chive Mashed Potatoes

One of ten recipes used to add to Rach’s Mashed Potatoes and Parsnips. Check out the rest:


  • 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Gently fold the horseradish, cheddar and chives into hot mashed potatoes and parsnips. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
