This absolutely scrumptuous barbecue marinade from Adam Perry Lang takes only 10 minutes to make, and can be refrigerated for up to a week. It is the base for many of his delicious barbecue recipes.

Tip: If you don’t have time to marinate your meat overnight in the fridge, you can marinate it for up to 4 hours at room temperature.

  • 10 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup water

In a blender, puree the chopped garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion and water. Use as marinade for your favorite meat.
