Green Melon with Lime and Lemon Sorbet

Serve with Thai it You’ll Like It Hot Curry Beef Noodle Bowls.


  • 1 honeydew melon, quartered and seeded
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 pint lemon sorbet


Dress the melon quarters with the lime zest and juice and mint. Fill each honeydew “boat” with a small scoop of lemon sorbet and serve.
