Jack Frost

This cocktail was given to us by master mixologist and close friend of Rachael’s, Nick Mautone, who wrote the book, Raising The Bar.


  • 1 ounce VeeV Acai Spirit
  • 1/2 ounce Applejack or Calvados or Apple Schnapps
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2 dashes bitters
  • Sparkling wine
  • Nutmeg and apple chip, for garnish


Add the first four ingredients into a champagne glass. Stir Gently. Fill with sparkling wine. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and float a dried apple chip in the glass.
