Moscow Mule’ish

Give your next cocktail a hint of sweet with In the Raw syrup – First served at Rachael’s 2016 Feedback in Austin!


  • 1.5 oz Vodka
  • 5 oz soda water,
  • 1 oz Stevia In The Raw Ginger Syrup
  • Lime

Ginger Syrup

  • 4 oz fresh ginger root
  • 2 cups Stevia
  • 1 cup water


Measure out the ingredients. Pour into a clean glass and mix. Garnish with lime.

For the syrup: Bring the Stevia and water to a boil over medium high heat. Add the sliced ginger and bring the mixture back up to a simmer. Remove from heat and allow to steep for at least 30 minutes. Strain syrup through fine mesh. Discard giner. Keep the syrup refrigerated in an airtight container.
