Nutella Tarte

Serve for dessert with Herb Apricot Chicken, Butternut Squash Risotto and Roast Broccolini and Beans.


  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 shots hazelnut liqueur – try buying a nip (an airplane-size bottle)
  • 1 large store-bought chocolate tart
  • 1 small bar bittersweet chocolate, for garnish (optional)


Whip cream with a whisk until soft peaks form, then whisk in the liqueur. Slather the cream over the tart. Garnish with the shaved chocolate using a vegetable peeler, if using, and serve.
