The refreshing tartness of grapefruit is found in this Campari® cocktail with vodka and Triple Sec.

Visit sommelier Joe Campanale at one of his famous New York City restaurants, including L’Artusi and Dell’anima.


  • 7 1/2 ounces Campari®
  • 15 ounces SKYY Infusions® Blood Orange Vodka
  • 7 1/2 ounces Triple Sec
  • 1 grapefruit, cut up
  • 20 ounces grapefruit juice
  • 20 dashes bitters


Place the grapefruit wedges in a pitcher filled with ice.

Add all the other ingredients.

Pour into a highball glass filled with ice and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
