Rose Champagne Spritzer

- 7 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- 1/2 ounce St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- Splash of Rosé Champagne
- Two slices (wheels) lemon
Put bitters and St. Germain into a wine goblet. Fill with ice, top with champagne and stir gently. Garnish with 2 lemon slices.
