This cocktail was given to us by master mixologist and close friend of Rachael’s, Nick Mautone, who wrote the book, Raising The Bar.
- 1 1/2 ounces Grey Goose Original Vodka
- 1 ounce Peppermint Schnapps
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1/2 ounce cream
- A sprig of fresh mint, for garnish
Mix all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into a rocks glass or wine glass filled with crushed ice.
