Too Much of a Good Thing: Garlic Bread

- 1 loaf fresh Italian bread with sesame seeds (oblong shape works best)
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Split the loaf of bread lengthwise and slather both sides with butter. Sprinkle the garlic and cheese evenly over the bread halves. Sprinkle the paprika over both halves.
Stick the bread halves on a cookie sheet and slide into the pre-heated oven. Bake until warm and the edges of the bread start to brown like toast.
Slice and serve immediately!
