These Hawaiian-style nachos are part of a whole spread of nachos that Rachael has whipped up – check them all out!
- 1 bag chipotle chips, such as The Better Chip brand
- Shredded Colby Jack cheese
- Chopped grilled pineapple
- Chopped grilled red onions
- Chopped pan-fried ham
- Chopped parsley, chives and pickled jalapeños
Layer the chips with the cheese, pineapple, onions and ham and bake in a hot oven. Top with the herbs and jalapeños and serve.
