Christmas on Maui

This cocktail was given to us by master mixologist and close friend of Rachael’s, Nick Mautone, who wrote the book, Raising The Bar.


  • 1 ounce Atlantico Rum
  • 1/2 ounce Tuaca or other Vanilla Scented Brandy
  • 1/2 ounce D’Saronno Amaretto
  • 1 1/2 ounces coconut milk
  • Fine flaked coconut, for garnish
  • Nutmeg, for topping


Rub the outside edge of a martini glass with honey or simple syrup then roll in the coconut. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Tuaca, D’Saronna, Triple Sec and coconut milk. Shake vigorously. Strain into a prepared glass and grate nutmeg over the top.
