Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate

Place heavy cream in a stand mixer and whip on high speed. Add a few pinches of powdered sugar and whip until medium or stiff peaks form. If you do not have a stand mixer, you may use a handheld mixer – or if using a whisk [1], beat by hand. When finished, place in fridge until ready to use.

Place a small nonstick saucepot [2] or skillet over low heat and add the chocolate, peanut butter, and a tiny pinch of salt. Gently stir with a whisk [1] until melted, and then slowly add the milk. Whisk until smooth and incorporated and heated through- no need to boil.

Divide between 2 mugs. Place a dollop of whipped cream on top and garnish with peanut butter chips or toffee chips.
